Jannie Ariola: Just! cut up all the fruit into bite-sized pieces and mix together! Bananas get brown very quickly, so it's best to add them just before serving. Apples get brown too but not as quickly so they're usually ok as long as they're covered in the juice. If you need to add extra juice, I like to add something like mango or apricot that's a little thicker (has fruit puree in it). I think your salad will be very pretty with all those fruits in there!
