Aron Ramu: Maybe you're not washing off your eye makeup completely at night. I know sometimes when I don't get all my eyeliner/mascara off, sometimes it smudges under my eyes and makes it look like I have dark circles. Lillie Yarde: maybe your skin is too sensitive. try use another brand because some people may be allergic to cheap makeups. Also, if this keeps happening, you should check with you doctor.
