Dorinda Metzer: Because talking on a cell phone is very dangerous for ANYONE who does it. It should be a law everywhere no phones in a car hands free or not . If caught life suspension of driving privileges. That might sound harsh but try riding your motorcycle and almost being run off the road by some stupid teenage girl who can not drive unless she is on the phone and yes teen age girls are the worst offenders on the road.

Coy Tapley: Suffolk County long Island NY the first county in the US to out law talking on a cellphone with out a hands free device.Why? because there where too many FATAL accidents in the county that where caused by people not using hands free devices.
Coleman ! Coscia: I don't thing the cell is the problem but the driver. If you can't multi task in general don't try it when other people are around, it's putting them in unnecessary danger.
