Debora Rinderer: when I can have no impact on the world. i.e no family who benefit from my presence and would be hurt by my leaving. and nobody else in the world to have some positive impact on. even this message is positive impact. the only reason to leave this life intentionally would be if there was nobody else alive to share anything with. We may feel alone sometimes, we may even feel useless and broken and feel suicidal but if we hang in there we can discover that no matter what our circumstances are we can still touch lives even in some small way... everything can turn around for us. all pain is temporary....Show more
Collin Pelfrey: Like the premises of UNO
Mercedez Trabue: If you cant beat them, then join them! It's your only way bro. Gl.
Shawnna Kusky:
Hunter Beech: Only when everyone I love and know is dead, and there is no one left on this earth that I can help.***Don't know why I got a thumbs down. I was answering truthfully. In essens! e, my answer means that I would never end my life, because we are put here to help one another. Obviously, since there will always be someone in need of our help whether it be through volunteering, giving, or whatever, there would never be an appropraite time for me to off myself. I find nothing offensive in my response, only truth. Good Day.!....Show more
Long Woltjer: hahahahahahahahahahaha
Cody Petrulis: Assuming the legality of euthanasia, if the remainder of my life is only going to be in a vegetative or extremely painful state, then I'd go for it. Why waste money, why live without really living at all? Plus, I could tie up loose ends and say goodbye to everyone. Someone else could be using whatever equipment is keeping me alive, and they might have hope for recovery. So yup. Only situation in which I'd consider it appropriate to end my life.
Valentine Willinger: Ignore them! :) and be true to you!
Myriam Hetjonk: A jungle.
Nelly Kikuchi: ! When i believe i've done what i was sent here to do in the fir! st place..
Jen Maday: if im in the hospital, serious pain, doctors cant help = end my lifeif i get a coma and i dont wake up in 6 months+, doctors dont think ill wake up = my family can choose to end my life cause hospital rooms can get expensive
Sharri Scalley: VERY FRIGHTENING. imagine if everyone spontaneously turned into a george bush clone and you get a vague idea.......actually, it'd be filled with people asking questions like this one: http://au.answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Aq...
Kristina Brockwell: Yes it's true it's better to just be yourself, who cares what the rest of the world thinks. But at the same time no one likes or would like someone who is always complaining. This is a prime example of " if you cant beat them join them " . If you smile even when you don't want to it'll look like your happy which can be contagious in groups.
Son Ahlers: I say transfer schools.
Kenneth Thuesen: Really need to ignore the BS and know ! whats really fake and whats not? I find HS more about challenging children bullying and sooooooooooooooo freakin competitive. Im 40 and people are still like that at my age it's actually disgusting to see humor from lying and decietful people who talk behind your back. litl juvie
Marcel Then: Everyone at my school can not say anything to anyone face because they are all stupid. The only way to get along with people is by pasting a fake smile on your face. But i cant handle it anymore even my friends are all becoming whores and fake. How do i handle things when everyone is so fake? I would love to go off on everyone i hate but then that would bring drama which i dont want. so how should i handle this?
Rodolfo Merel: And can I have a few examples of times that humor was used to enhance important points. Thank you
Bennie Lantgen: Be yourself, who cares what the rest of the world thinks. You already said you hate faking a smile and going along with it. Say w! hat you want, do what you want. Drama will happen either way, right?
!Felipa Nosis: For me personally it would never be appropriate due to religious beliefs. However, I recently watched the documentary Dieing with Dignity and have to admit it did sway my opinion slightly in regards to assisted suicide for the Terminally ill. For myself though I don't think I would take the chance of eternal suffering to put an end to the suffering here on earth.
Justin Casten: We would be thrown back in to the Dark ages. We will be more like savages instead of beings with higher intellect than animals.
Robbie Starchman: like in the US
Chet Nozick: Sometimes I think about it... But in reality, i'd never. Even if I'm all alone, with barely any hope... I'd still find a way to hope. And i'd figure out a way to make it better. And I'd rather not become a part of that statistic. I know that's not really what you probably want to read, but there's always a way to get around things. Always. Don't give up hope so quickly... please.
Floyd ! Labuda: Without a systematic learning, I think we will probably live a much simple life - gathering fruit, hunting, farming ( small scale ), fishing; but maybe also shorter life since poor medication; maybe having more babies? Since no TV in the evening?
Marcelina Schossow: Humanity would not exist!
Stephnie Patout: Like in the White House...
Fritz Sisomphou: well it is a sin to people with a faith in the majority of religions.that being said, were i in a position where that was an issue that was on my mind,i would think there would be a criteria of quality of life.if i was unable to actually live,as opposed to just being alive,as in the inability to leave my bed and having tubes for all necessary means to sustain life.a machine that does my breathing, and the inability to eat and having a feeding tube as a means of nourishment, and the same with all bodily functions with no chance of improvement.or another scenario in which pain was a constant, were heavy! doses of the worst of cases was with no end in sight i would prefer no! t to waste good peoples time just to sustain my life in the technical sense, when their efforts would be better spent on those more deserving of their expertise.i would definitely opt for do not resuscitate..life is for the living, and that is the real question.what is life?...Show more
Cuc Gire: I think the world've been like a flock of sheep without a shepherd.Because education is an all en-compassing channel on which the world defines what it wants.Education makes the MAN, which in turn makes the world.
Cherry Stampka: We would be living a life dictated by a few and it would have a scope the size of a small bubble.
Davida Gisriel: It wouldn't. Without education nothing would grow, change, and develop. There couldn't be any living things because life is an education. Animals, plants, bacteria, and even viruses all "learn" and develop from gained knowledge; isn't that what education is? I think you mean: "what would the world be like without formal e! ducation?"
Dorine Nurre: i wrote a health care directive along these lines. it basically says if i'm severely disabled with low chance of recovery making me dependent on other people for the basics, like getting food, going to the bathroom, etc., that's when it's time to let me go.
Mitzie Clough: Just like it was in the past... What is so hard about that one? What level of education do you want it to be at?Cave manbronze agemiddle agesor just 200 years ago?I have a real problem when the "intelligent" people that have to figure out what is so blatantly obvious. It's called, "researching history for mans developments"Egg heads... Wasting time and money trying to make something out of nothing....Show more
Tijuana Tatsak: the way society is going down the toilet, it wouldn't make a whole lot of difference
Miguel Koczela: Get real friends outside your school. Do well in class, so you get to a good college; most of your fake schoolmates probably won't, t! oo busy with their social lives. Graduate. It's only a few years.
